No stress! You can be involved without having to pause your membership - you just have to ask and we’ll put you on the list! If you are on an active pack it will be paused while you complete the challenge.

Of course! We recommend starting with the Pilates Tone classes if you are a beginner. You will be supported the entire way. This is a great way to kickstart your pilates movement journey.

The pack is valid from 3rd Feb for 5 weeks, so the pack will expire after that. If you have an existing pack or membership it will be reactivated after the challenge.

When you sign up for the challenge, your name will be added to the group scoreboard. After each class you complete you can tick it off and keep track.
