The RITUEL team is a crew of passionate humans who love movement, helping people feel amazing, and blasting really good tunes. We’re all about creating an inclusive, supportive space where every body feels welcome—always.
We’re more than your Pilates coaches; we’re your hype crew, your movement guides, and yes, your friends. Each of us brings our own unique style, but we share the same goal: to help you move well, crush your goals, and have the best time doing it. If you have a favourite trainer - and want some 1:1 coaching with them in our private reformer room, ask them! Don’t be shy ;)
SARAH MAZZA
Founder, Head InstructorSarah is the founder of RITUEL and a dedicated Pilates and fitness instructor with nearly a decade of experience. Over the past nine years, she has worked in a wide range of studios, learning from diverse teachers, clients, and movement styles. The studio she has created is a reflection of all the skills, inspiration, and heart she has gathered throughout her journey.
With a rich background in dance, Sarah brings a strong focus on technique, mindful movement, and body awareness to every class. She teaches from the heart, encouraging her clients to be curious about their bodies and to explore what they are truly capable of. Her intention is to guide people toward movement that feels aligned, nourishing, and empowering.
Music is a centrepiece of Sarah’s classes. Her curated playlists set the tone, build the energy, and create a vibe that motivates and empowers you as you move through your session. Every beat is chosen to help you connect more deeply to the rhythm of your body and elevate your experience.
Sarah’s classes are light-hearted yet professional - an inviting space where you can work hard, laugh, sweat, and grow. Whether you’re new to Pilates or deepening your practice, she aims to help you strengthen your body, sharpen your technique, and discover new skills along the way.

Carefully curated to help you build strength, enhance your mind-body connection and most of all feel good! It’s movement for everyone regardless of whether you're a newcomer, seasoned professional or somewhere in between but take our word for it – there will be heat!
Emma’s classes reflect a background in dance, bringing a love of fluid and connected movement into every class. Her strength sessions focus on functional, practical, and accessible movement designed to support real-life mobility. You can expect to be challenged to your personal limit—whatever that may be—while always feeling supported and encouraged. Emma is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where every body and every level of experience is truly valued.

In Ruby’s classes, you’ll find a welcoming, supportive space where all bodies and experience levels are celebrated. She is committed to offering thoughtful modifications and variations, so every person can challenge themselves and move with confidence. No matter where they are on their journey.

Mia has been practicing Pilates for over five years, and what started as a personal outlet quickly became a full-on obsession. Over time, she’s learned to move with intention, appreciate the details, and enjoy the kind of strength that carries beyond the studio walls.
Her classes are built around functional movement that actually matters in everyday life - helping you stand taller, reach further, and move with confidence. Think deliberate sequences, subtle challenges, and just enough kick to keep things shaky.
Mia loves a slow burn, layered progressions, and that satisfying tension that makes you realize what your body can do.
She brings energy, personality, and a keen eye for alignment into every session. You’ll be guided & supported to explore your strength.
