  • This class is designed as more than just a workout, this is a true Pilates practice — a space to be curious, learn, refine, and embody the fundamental principles and techniques that define the Pilates method.

    Bend, fold, twist, thread, lift, reach, pull, and pulse as you move through our signature Mat Pilates class, which challenges both body and mind across all planes of movement. With a focus on spinal mobility, core strength, and mobility through all joints, this low-impact class may move at a slower tempo, but don’t be fooled — it delivers a deep, intelligent burn that leaves you feeling stronger, more agile, and deeply connected to your body. Precision, breath, control, and mindful movement are at the heart of every session — because here, you’re not just doing Pilates, you’re learning it too. We are here to move well. Suitable for all levels, beginner to advanced. 

  • Strength Endurance is a circuit-based class that blends functional movement patterns with strength training principles for a full-body workout. This class challenges both mind and body, encouraging clients to increase resistance and engage deeply with movement to build a strong, resilient body—from the inside out.
    Expect a dynamic flow of upper and lower body exercises, designed to target multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Using tools like supersets, tempo control, and time under tension, we create intensity without sacrificing precision. The result is a high-energy, mindful class that leaves no area untouched. We are here to get stronger! Suitable for all levels, beginners to advanced. Strong muscles, strong bones!

  • Pilates Boost (formally known as Pilates “Cardio”) turns up the energy — blending your favourite Mat Pilates movements with dynamic bursts of (optional) cardio exercises for that extra sweat factor.

    This class moves at a slightly faster pace, combining powerful compound exercises with precise Pilates micro-movements to build strength, elevate your heart rate, and challenge your endurance. You’ll feel the burn, lift your energy, and leave feeling strong, sweaty and accomplished!

    While this is a more high-energy class, you’ll always be guided with options and progressions so you can tailor the intensity to suit your body, goals, and where you’re at on the day. A basic level of Pilates or general exercise experience is recommended so you can move with confidence and control throughout, but your instructor will support you the entire way!

  • Every Tuesday & Friday at 10:30am. This is a "Parents and Bubs" friendly class, so feel free to bring your little one (bubs that aren't on the move) along to class with you!
    Keep your infant safely on a mat, or in a capsule, next to you during your workout. We'll be your baby sitter whilst you do your workout! Bubs on the move become very distracting, so best you come solo for some me time!

    At rituel we believe that movement at any stage of your life is vital to your mental and psychical wellbeing. Pilates during and after pregnancy is a beautiful way to move your body in a positive way to ensure you are preparing your body for birth and after birth when Bub arrives!

    Exercises are modified to suit whatever stage you are at in a supportive and uplifting environment. Let’s not forget the social aspect either. It’s a great way to connect with other women on the same journey as you!

  • Move through a sequence of breath-led movement designed to build strength, mobility, and focus. This energising Vinyasa class weaves together flowing postures, longer held postures, and moments of stillness to help you feel strong, centred, and connected.

    Each class begins with guided breathwork to settle the nervous system, sharpen awareness, and prepare the body to move with purpose.

    Whether you're looking to build heat, shift stagnant energy, or reconnect with your body, this practice invites you to move with presence and leave feeling balanced, empowered, and refreshed.

  • This gentle, breath-led flow is designed to help you slow down, tune in, and move with intention. Expect mindful flowing postures, slower transitions and nourishing stretches that create space — physically and mentally.

    We begin with calming breath practices to help regulate your nervous system, allowing you to arrive fully in your body and move from a place of steadiness and ease.
    Perfect for beginners or anyone craving a softer practice, Slow Flow invites you to reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and build strength from a grounded foundation.

    You may notice some Slow Flow classes also have 10 Minute Meditation as an option to close out your practice: This 10 minute guided meditation offers a simple and powerful reset for your body, mind and spirit. Through gentle breath awareness and focused attention, you’ll be guided to settle the nervous system, calm mental activity, and reconnect with the present moment.

    This practice supports clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to self.

  • Yin is a slow, meditative practice based on Traditional Chinese Medicine that invites you to pause, soften and rest. Poses are floor based with props, and often held for 3-5 minutes to gently target the connective tissues (fascia, joints and ligaments). This encourages the body to release what it’s holding onto such as stress, tension, tightness or stagnation and promote more balance within.

    This class begins with grounding breathwork to help you drop in. It is less about doing and more about allowing — creating space to reconnect with yourself.

  • Once a month (at the moment)
    Get ready to move, groove, and let loose! This all-levels hip hop class is designed for anyone who loves to boogie - no experience required. You don’t need to be a pro, just come with an open mind, good vibes, and a willingness to have fun.
    We’ll kick things off with a warm-up and isolations to get your body loose and your heart rate up. From there, you’ll learn step-by-step hip hop fundamentals and grooves, building confidence as you go. By the end of class, we’ll put everything together into a fun, high-energy routine that’ll leave you feeling empowered, sweaty, and full of endorphins!

    This is an inclusive, non-judgmental, and welcoming space where everyone is encouraged to express themselves, move at their own pace, and just enjoy the music. Come dance it out, let your hair down, and vibe with a supportive community!
